Welcome to the baroque ambiance of the restaurant and pizzeria »SANTA LUCIJA«.

At the confluence of the rivers Sava and Krka, in the old part of the city Brežice, in the city center, proudly stands a building, that represents the architectural heritage of the old city center and once used to be a pharmacy with a Renaissance facade, that boasts with the years 1641 and 1695.

Once an old city pharmacy with arches and traditional ceiling decorations, and now a restaurant and pizzeria by the name „SANTA LUCIJA“ since 1.4.2002. The beautiful ambiance of the restaurant takes you to a past time, as you are served pizzas, grilled meat, warm starters, steaks, fish, spaghetti, lasagnas, mushrooms, truffles, seafood, salads and different desserts in a pleasant baroque ambiance.

The restaurant contains multiple rooms and dining areas all of which are decorated in the traditional baroque style. Every room also contains beautiful ceiling ornaments that inspire the visitors. In the warmer half of the year the restaurant also serves at both external covered terraces, that can hold a large number of guests – one is located in the courtyard and the other in the front of the building, next to the main city street.

By demand we can prepare a festive lunch or a dinner commemorating different events – for private groups, weddings, seminars…, we also offer a special room designed for private groups, which can hold approximately 40 people.

You can instantly notice, that something is always happening in the restaurant and pizzeria „SANTA LUCIJA.“ Upon entering the restaurant you are surprised by the luxury ambiance and atmosphereSitting at a full table, holding a goblet of the finest wine, you will definitaly feel good as well.
